巨噬細胞清除劑Clodronate Liposomes氯膦酸鹽脂質體廣泛用于體內和體外清除單核巨噬細胞，我們在使用荷蘭Liposoma巨噬細胞清除劑時，盡管該產品頻頻見刊于Cell，Nature和Science。但是巨噬細胞清除劑會不會清除中心粒細胞？很多研究者有這個擔心。一方面我們可以在自己的模型里面驗證，另一方面，我們也可以參考文獻。比如如下這篇JCI的老牌雜志文獻，炎性疼痛模型。作者的數據證明：巨噬細胞清除劑Clodronate Liposomes氯膦酸鹽脂質體（Liposoma）不會清除中心粒細胞。
